Dielectric Strength of Halo is 30,000V (minimum)

We have good news for those working in electrical, utilities, and telecommunications. The Halo has been certified by the Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory TUV Rheinland as having passed the tests verifying a dielectric strength of at least 30,000V and to meet international safety standards for portable lighting, LED equipment, and signaling systems. 

The Halo itself is not designed to provide high voltage protection; however, if used with a Class E or Class G hard hat, the Halo does not affect the protection provided by the hard hat and is safe to use.
